Annual Meeting

Our annual homeowners' association meeting is held in November.  When known, the next annual homeowners' association meeting date and place will be posted below.

Board Meetings

Board meetings will be held quarterly and as is necessary.  As the dates and locations become known, they will be posted below.

Recycling & Trash Removal

• Monday- trash
• Thursday - trash, recyclable items, and 'scheduled' bulk items
  
  Holidays - Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day & New Year's Day- If regularly scheduled pickup falls on holiday, then that pickup will be deferred to next scheduled date.
  
  Christmas trees will be collected separately the first two weeks of January. Trees must be placed at the curb prior to 6 a.m. All tinsel and ornaments must be removed from the tree. Please do not place in bags.
