We discussed the Reserve Study.
We estimate that we are well covered with our reserve funds.
We discussed preparations for the annual meeting.
We have 3 board positions to be filled – Two 3 year terms, including
Frank’s and One 2 year term.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:45 pm
