Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM by Frank Pitts
Board members present: Mark Getis, Paul Davis, Frank Pitts, Christopher Harrison and David Glover.
Board member(s) absent: None
LATWCA residents present: None

Board reviewed minutes from last meeting on November 18, 2008. Paul motioned to approve the minutes.  Christopher seconded and all voted in favor.

President’s Report: All residents are 100% current in dues.  Trees look fine and none need to be taken down. 

Treasurer’s Report: Everything looks good and is tracking against budget.

Per Frank, LATWCA is required by the State of Virginia to do a Reserves Study this year (5 years since last study).  Christopher made motion to award the 5 Year Reserves Study to Mason & Mason.  Mark seconded all voted in favor.

Annual meeting will be held on Thursday, November 5 at 7 P.M. at the Reston Community Center. 

Board adjourned at 7:45 PM.
