Minutes of September 18, 2007 LATWCA Board Meeting

Meeting called to order at 7:05 PM.
Board members present: Paul Davis, Frank Pitts, Christopher Harrison and David Glover.
Board member(s) absent: Mark Gettis
LATWCA residents present: Fran Bastsress
Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM by Frank.
Christopher motioned for LATWCA to authorize spending up to $250 for consultation / action by an attorney on a foreclosure in the cluster.  Paul seconded and all voted in favor.
Fran provided update on landscaping projects.
Paul motioned for board to not spend more than $100 for a phone directory (56 copies). Chris seconded and all voted in favor.
Paul provided update on finances.
David motioned that LATWCA renew contract with AAA for $15.95 / month / household, which is $3 cheaper than we pay now and matches competing bid by American Disposal Services.  Chris seconded and all voted in favor.
Paul motioned that LATWCA accept renewal of Genesis contract for landscaping, which is the same contract with 6% increase that is flat for three years with option for one more year at same price.  Chris seconded and all voted in favor.
Board adjourned at 8:30 PM.
