Service and Product Vendor List

Below is a list of some service and product vendors used by Lake Audubon Terrace West Cluster Association homeowners and residents.

Lights:

Front porch dusk-to-dawn lights: Please see light standards!

Sea Gull Lighting: Go to http://www.seagulllighting.com/Outdoor-Lighting.htm, search by model number (84042-71 or 85008-71). The light and specs will be displayed, then the viewer can access local stores (10 within 5 - 13 miles of here) and online ordering information (as well as the installation instructions). Sea Gull Lighting is a well-known, national distributor of high-quality lights. While they're not likely to go out of business or discontinue these lights soon, they could sometime in the future just as any product out there on the market might be discontinued--and just as our original model for front light standard has been discontinued. If and when such happens, please contact your current Board Members to request that the light standard be updated.

Storm doors: Storm doors have to be full-view and must match either the color of the door or the color of the door frame. That's assuming that the door color is the correct one. If the door color is incorrect and they get a storm door to match, both the door and storm door colors will be considered violations.
